There is something so relaxing about taking pictures for yourself. There is no client, no deadlines, no worries about backing up digital files. Just a few rolls of film and a camera tossed in your bag for a day out and about in a fun and exciting city. It’s what dreams are made of.

so, i have become hopelessly addicted to taking pictures of tourists taking pictures. this one happens to be at stonehenge. (and yes, there are definitely pictures that angela has taken of me taking pictures of tourists)
last fall we went out to visit my brother and his beautiful family in portsmouth, NH and in this blast of heat we’ve been having i have been feeling super nostalgic. i hope we have time to go out this autumn as well. so crisp. so pretty. so old.
